Ready to Apply to St. Paul Early Learning Center

1. Create an Account.

Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Please click on that link to verify your email address.

2. Create a New Student Application for your child.

Use the username and password you just created to login and start the application. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

Once you pay the $22 application fee and submit, the school will review and contact you for next steps. (This fee is paid to FACTS Management)

You will receive an email with ENROLLMENT instructions. This is when you will pay the $150 fee to St. Paul Early Learning Center and enrollment will be finalized with tuition responsibility and setting up automatic banking withdrawal information.

There are 2 pieces to FACTS Management: SIS (Student Information System) and Tuition (Automatic withdrawal of monthly tuition).

2024-2025 TUITION & FEE SCHEDULE (June 1 - May 31)

Registration/Enrollment Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $150.00 is paid to hold the child’s spot upon acceptance. A yearly registration fee will be collected in the Spring to hold a child’s spot for the next school year.

Supply and Capital Contribution Fee

There is an Annual Supply Fee of $150.00 per child due by August 31 each year and a Capital Improvement fee of $150.00 per child due by January 31 each year. These fees are mandatory and non-refundable. [10:14]
